In the summer of 2019, Tom bought a freshly caught crab from a fishmonger, drew him, and then released him back in the sea. Named Hercules, he is most probably the only crustacean in the world who has lived to tell such a tale (although his friends have probably never believed him). It's also likely to be the only crab plate in the world that features a subject that is still alive.
Please see Tom's Instagram account for images and clips of the making of the Hercules limited edition plate.
